Student achievement & recognition
உன்னால் முடியும்
Unnal Mudiyum — “You Can”
IQRA Educational Society's renewed student empowerment and recognition initiative, evolved from the long-running “Meet The Kayal Toppers” programme.

Programme evolution
From honouring achievement to awakening potential
Unnal Mudiyum carries forward two decades of work while changing the question it asks students.

Two decades
Meet The Kayal Toppers
For twenty years the programme served as a prestigious platform to honour students who achieved outstanding academic results.
- 2
The rethink
Beyond marks alone
Success is not defined by marks alone. Students need the confidence to identify their strengths, choose the right path and pursue their educational and career aspirations.

Three student categories and one teacher category, each recognising a different kind of achievement.
கல்விச் சிகரம்
Kalvich Sigaram
Town-Level Academic Excellence
Recognises students who achieve outstanding overall academic performance and secure top marks at the town level. This category is for the overall academic performers — the overall toppers.
‘Sigaram’ means peak. School excellence is the first major peak a student climbs on the journey towards a successful career.
Eligibility

High-Scoring Achievement
Recognition for students who achieve an exceptional overall score above the qualifying threshold set for their examination and academic year, while recognising that academic excellence extends beyond only the overall topper.
Encourages high-performing students whose significant achievement deserves honour even when they have not secured the overall top position. This is not a subject-specific award.
Eligibility
Qualifying overall mark is defined by IQRA for each examination and academic year, and is maintained in ESMS rather than fixed on this page.

Arivuch Chudar
Subject Excellence
Recognises students who achieve 100% or the highest marks in individual subjects such as Mathematics, Science or Languages. This is not an overall-marks award.
